営業にとって重要な考え方を以下では5つのことをお伝えします

一つ目は、顧客との関係構築の重要性です。営業マンにとって顧客は非常に重要な存在であり、長期的なビジネスの成功には顧客との信頼関係が欠かせません。顧客に対しては誠実さと信頼性を持って接し、そのニーズや要望に真摯に向き合うことが求められます。また、顧客のニーズを理解し、それに合わせたソリューションや提案を行うことも重要です。

Firstly, the importance of building relationships with customers. Customers are vital for salespeople, and a long-term business success relies on a strong relationship built on trust with them. Salespeople should approach customers with sincerity and reliability, sincerely addressing their needs and desires. Additionally, it is crucial to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions and proposals accordingly.

Secondly, the significance of self-development and learning. Salespeople need to stay updated on constantly changing market environments and competitive information. Actively learning about new trends, technologies, and product knowledge and striving for self-improvement is required. Participating in seminars, training sessions, and reading business books can enhance one's skills and knowledge.

Thirdly, effective communication skills. Salespeople engage in daily conversations with customers and need to convey and explain information effectively. Therefore, clear and precise communication skills are essential. It is important to refine communication skills tailored to the needs of the other party, such as choice of words, speaking style, and active listening. Non-verbal communication and the ability to interpret facial expressions also prove useful in sales activities.

ゴールデンウィーク家族旅行2日目　白馬村→黒部ダム　Family trip from Hakuba Village to Kurobe Dam.

ゴールデンウィーク2日目、私たちは宿泊しているホテルの隣にあるアスレチックに行ってきました。子供たちも一緒に、夫婦でチャレンジすることにしました。最初は緊張していたけど、スタッフさんが安全器具の使い方を丁寧に説明してくれたので、安心して遊べました。一番高いコースにチャレンジした時は、心臓がドキドキしながらも、子供たちと一緒に絶叫しながら楽しんでいました。

でも、6人で約2万円という高額な料金にはびっくりしました。でも思ったより楽しく満足できたので、それだけの価値があったと思います。

お昼になったので、そこから車で黒部ダムに移動しました。約1時間かけて到着しましたが、駐車場からの電動バスが混雑していたので、少しイライラしました。でも黒部ダムに着くと、海外からの観光客がたくさんいて、すごく混んでいました。それでも、ダムについて色々知ることができたので、とても勉強になりました。

ただ、到着するとかなりヒンヤリしていたので、半袖だった私たちは寒かったです。でも山々に囲まれたダムの景色は本当に絶景で、写真を撮りながら感動していました。

この日は、スリリングな体験から学びのある体験まで、たくさんのことを経験できて、本当に充実した一日でした。

On the second day of Golden Week, we went to an athletic park next to the hotel where we were staying. We decided to challenge ourselves as a couple with our kids. At first, we were nervous, but the staff explained the safety equipment thoroughly, so we were able to enjoy it without any worries. When we challenged the highest course, our hearts were pounding, but we screamed together with our kids and had a blast.

However, we were surprised by the high cost of about 20,000 yen for six people. But since we had more fun and satisfaction than we expected, we thought it was worth the price.

At lunchtime, we moved to Kurobe Dam by car. It took about an hour to get there, but I was a little frustrated because the electric bus from the parking lot was crowded. Nevertheless, there were many tourists from overseas at Kurobe Dam, and it was really crowded. Still, we learned a lot about the dam, so it was very educational.

However, it was quite chilly when we arrived, and we were wearing short sleeves, so we were cold. But the view of the dam surrounded by mountains was truly breathtaking, and we were moved as we took photos.

On this day, we experienced a lot of things, from thrilling experiences to educational ones, and it was truly a fulfilling day.

白馬村でのゴールデンウィークグリープラザ白馬/"A day off in Hakuba"

ゴールデンウィークの初日、私たちは家族で長野県の白馬村に向かいました。しかし、行きの高速道路は大渋滞で、イライラした家族たちはクルマで大バトルを繰り広げました。

子供たちは互いに靴を投げつけ合って、パパとママも口論になりました。私は運転しながら「おおきに」を連呼するだけで精一杯でした。

やっと到着したホテルは、グリープラザ白馬。

写真で見た通りの豪華さで感動しました。腹ペコの私たちはとにかく、すぐにバイキングに向かいました。おいしそうな料理が並んでいたので、私たちは大喜びでお皿を盛り上げました。

味は普通でした。。

その後、温泉に入ってリフレッシュしました。さあ、星空を見に行こうと思ったら、なんと満月！星がほとんど見えないじゃないですか！それでも、家族と一緒にいる時間は楽しいですね。

On the first day of Golden Week, my family headed to Hakuba Village in Nagano Prefecture. However, the highway was heavily congested, and the irritated family members engaged in a big battle in the car. The children threw slippers at each other, and even Mom and Dad got into an argument. I was barely able to keep up with driving and repeatedly said "thank you" to calm everyone down.

Finally, we arrived at the Green plaza HAKUBA hotel and were impressed by its luxuriousness, just as we had seen in the photos. We were so hungry that we immediately headed to the buffet. Since there were many delicious-looking dishes, we piled our plates high and were overjoyed.

The taste was average though...

Afterward, we refreshed ourselves by soaking in the hot springs. When we thought of going to see the starry sky, we found out that it was a full moon! We could hardly see any stars! Even so, it was enjoyable spending time with the family.
